 CARD SENTRY... Another way that The Farmers State Bank is protecting you.

With Card Sentry, your debit card usage will be monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by an advanced program using known fraud patterns to alert you of possible fradulent activity.

When fraud is suspected, Computer Services, Incorporated (CSI) will notify you on behalf of the Bank to confirm the activity in question.  You will be asked security questions to verify your identity.  If the activitiy is deemed fraudulent, the card number will be blocked and subsequent transactions will be declined.

In the event that you will be traveling and using your Farmers State Bank debit card, please notify a Bank employee.  This will allow for the approval of transactions outside of our area, although still monitored.
