Online Statements

Receiving and Viewing Your Statement Online:
You have agreed to accept your transaction account statements and any related disclosures online. To view your account statements and disclosures online, you will need to have access to First Federals Online Banking and Adobe-Acrobat Reader. Accepting the Online Statements disclosure confirms your ability to receive your monthly statements electronically. When you opt to receive your statements Online, we will automatically discontinue sending paper statements through the mail.

Retaining Your Statement:
Your statements will be available through Online Banking for 90 days. To retain them for a longer period of time, you may print your statements or download and save them to your computer.

Requesting a Paper Copy of your Statement:
Even if you have agreed to receive your account statements through Online Banking, you may request a paper copy of your statement by emailing us at internetservices@ffsbky.com.

Canceling Online Statements:
If you wish to cancel this service at a later date, simply email us at internetservices@ffsbky.com to begin receiving paper statements again.
