ELIZABETHTOWN, KY, January 25, 2010-First Federal Savings Bank has been recognized among the Commonwealth’s 2010 Best Places to Work for the fifth consecutive year.
Winners were announced by the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management State Council and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. The actual rankings will be announced at an awards dinner Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at the Lexington Convention Center in downtown Lexington.
First Federal was one of only 32 companies across the Commonwealth to be selected in the large-sized company category.
The selection process, managed by Best Companies Group, is based on an assessment of the company's employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey. The program is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence.
