The awards were presented March 05, 2009 at the annual KHC awards banquet in Frankfort.
KHC is the state housing finance agency created by the 1972 General Assembly to provide affordable housing opportunities. KHC offers lower-than-market rate home mortgages, housing production financing, homeownership education/counseling, rental assistance, housing rehabilitation and supportive housing programs for special needs populations.
“Receiving this recognition for the seventh time as an associate of First Federal is quite an accomplishment,” commented Keith Johnson, CEO of First Federal Savings Bank. “It demonstrates the ongoing commitment to the area by both Mrs. Wells and First Federal.”
